Refund and Reship Policy

At West Coast Puff, we take great pride in the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase to ensure that you are satisfied with the items selected.

Shipping

Please give us 1-2 business days to have your order discreetly packaged and shipped out. From there, it takes anywhere from 2-5 days to receive your order. The arrival time time greatly fluctuates with world events, and as such, is always unpredictable. We ask you to give us at least 2 weeks before lodging any complaints.

Shipping Issues

If there is an issue with the shipment of your order (such as a lost or damaged package), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. In these cases, we will offer one reshipment of the item at no additional cost to you. Please note, the reshipment is only available if the package is lost or damaged during shipping.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds due to customer error (incorrect address, wrong product selected, etc.), so please double-check your order before submitting it.

FAQ’s

Is THCa legal?

Yes, THCa is fully compliant with the 2023 Farm Bill and falls within the legal parameters of hemp-derived products. Our THCa products contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight, which is federally legal under the current regulations. Always ensure that you are in compliance with your local and state laws before purchasing.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

No, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Once you have placed your order, it is considered final. We encourage you to carefully review your order before confirming your purchase.

What happens if my order is lost or damaged in transit?

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, we will gladly offer a one-time reshipment at no additional cost. However, this is only applicable if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged or lost item. After this period, we cannot process any claims.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. If you need to make any adjustments, we recommend reviewing your order carefully before finalizing the checkout process.

Is THCa safe to use?

Our THCa products are lab-tested for purity and quality to ensure that they meet the highest standards. However, because individual responses to cannabinoids can vary, we strongly recommend consulting a healthcare professional before use, especially if you have any pre-existing conditions.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Most orders arrive within 5-7 business days for domestic orders. Please note that shipping delays may occur, especially during high-demand periods.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package. If you have not received tracking information within 48 hours of your purchase, please reach out to our customer support team.

Are there any restrictions on where you can ship?

We can only ship THCa products to states where THCa is legally allowed. Please check your local laws to confirm that you are eligible to receive shipments of hemp-derived products. If you are located in a restricted state, your order will be canceled and refunded.
